Shipping Time

For in-stock products: your receiving time will take 7-12 business days of the order processing time plus the shipping time.
For pre-order products: Your receiving time will be subject to the estimated shipping period as indicated in the confirmation of purchase or the sites from time to time.

*Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the receiving date might vary based on the estimated shipping period of pre-order products. Once your order is placed, you can check the order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email. We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid address, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.
